I got brave and talked to my manager, who is talking to HR. She doesn't have a problem with switching my Wednesday & Fridays, and she doesn't think HR will either.
Yay Stace! I was so sad for you guys. This schedule sounds like it will be much better than the old one, too! Two days on, one day off, two days on, two days off. Man, the "real world" is sounding more attractive by the moment!
